A factory is not just machines and workers. It's a statement about what you're willing to invest in, what quality you're willing to stand behind, and how much you respect the person who will use your product. Cheap is easy. Good is hard.
Most businesses die not from competition, but from mediocrity. The market doesn't owe you anything. If you're not constantly questioning your own assumptions, someone else will do it for you — and they won't be kind about it.
Made in China is not a label — it's a capability. The world's best products are built where ambition meets execution. My job is to make sure that when global brands look for a manufacturing partner, they find excellence, not excuses.
A leader who can't take criticism is a leader who's stopped learning. I'd rather have one honest conversation that challenges me than a hundred that flatter me. Growth lives in the uncomfortable.

I entered the fitness equipment industry in 2009. What started as a manufacturing operation has grown into XRI Fitness — a complete ecosystem from raw casting and CNC machining to finished products shipped to 50+ countries.
I lead XRI Fitness Limited (Hong Kong) and 南通新天锐运动用品有限公司, overseeing the full supply chain: casting, CNC processing, sandblasting, rubber coating, TPU/CPU production, assembly, and export packaging.
When I'm not running the factory, you'll find me traveling, reading, or behind a camera. I believe a life worth living is one worth documenting.
